This Privacy Policy explains how Peaders ("Peaders", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.peaders.com (the "Site") or contact us. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently and only for the purposes described here.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company and message.
Chat assistant. Messages you send to our on-site assistant ("Ada") are processed to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive personal or confidential information in the chat.
Usage data. We collect anonymised, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type) via privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the Site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep enquiry and contact information only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
